Shipping policy
At BeautyBella, we pride ourselves on providing prompt and reliable shipping services to our customers. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please take note of the following policies:
Accurate Shipping Information: We strongly recommend that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout to avoid any delivery delays or issues. Please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address, including the use of correct abbreviations and proper spacing. BeautyBella will not be held responsible for any delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Refusal of Shipments: Customers who refuse any shipments from BeautyBella will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service immediately to report the issue. BeautyBella will not be responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We will not issue a refund for packages that have been marked as delivered.
Handling and Processing Time: Our maximum handling time is five weekdays. We strive to process orders within one to three days on normal days, and one to five days on non-normal days. In case of any unforeseen delays, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
